Contact via my website is voluntary, via email.

E-newsletters
I send e-newsletters with occasional digests, announcements or invitations.
My e-newsletter mailing list is compiled via invitation, subscription and permission. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time.
I do not offer or sell my e-newsletter mailing lists for other companies’ or organisations’ marketing use.
My e-newsletter provider’s website stores mailing lists and collects identifiable data on visitor opens, clicks, locations and devices.
I use analytics for content feedback and to improve the technical usability of my e-newsletters.
Printed marketing materials
I send occasional studio publications and invitations to my project contacts and wider professional network.
I do not offer or sell my postal mailing list to other companies or organisations.
Day-to-day communication
I hold such contact information as is necessary for project work, commissions and administration and for keeping in touch with clients, suppliers, collaborators and my wider professional network.
This information is given voluntarily through contact with me or obtained through commissioning or production research.
Contacts are regularly updated.
I archive only such contact information as is required for administrative record-keeping.
How we protect your information
I take all reasonable steps to protect and monitor the security of contact data that I hold.
I do not sell, trade or rent contacts’ personally identifiable information.
Contacts’ rights to see and/or delete their records
Under GDPR, contacts have the right to see the data I hold about them and to ask for their information to be deleted.
